Two Months Old

Colbie
Waylon
Willie

I can't believe that the babies are two months old. It is amazing to see all the little things that they are doing everyday. They are able to hold their heads up for at least three minutes and look around, which from what everyone has told me they should not being doing this until a month after their original due date, which was August 4th! So being a mommy I have to say that my babies are geniuses...;-) They now watch and follow us when we are talking to them or when we walk away from them. We have gotten a couple of nights where all three of them sleep 4 hours in between feedings.
They have their two month appointment on Friday with the doctor. Mommy is not looking forward to it cause this is the visit that they get their shots. Hopefully the doctor will give mommy a sedative so she can handle it ;-)

6 weeks old

I can't believe Colbie,Willie and Waylon are already 6 weeks old. In November when I first found out that I was pregnant I thought they would never get here and August 4(original due date) would never get here..but WOW time does fly.
In the short time that they have been home it is amazing on what they are doing. They can pick their heads up and hold them up for a little bit and look around before they flop them back down. Yes I know that this is typical for them to be doing at this age..BUT I was told that since they were preemies that they would be doing everything slower but nope not these guys..they are right on track.
I am sleep deprived and there are days that I forget to eat three meals or get the luxury of a shower but every time I look at them it is SO worth with.
I still can not believe that someone so tiny has stolen my heart.
Before bath time the other night I weighed everyone. Colbie now weighs 6 lbs 14 oz, Willie weighs 6 lbs 7 oz and Waylon is 6 lbs 13 oz. Soon the boys will be passing their sister up.
Everyone tells me to treasure these moments and I have been. I am locking them up in my heart.

Showering is a luxury!!!

Showering is a luxury I am finding out. But it is so worth smelling a little bit..now the babies on the other hand..well they kinda wrinkle up their noses at me.

It will be three weeks this Thursday that they have come home from the hospital and it still has not sunk in that they are here to stay.

Every time I look at their little fingers and little toes it truely amazes me that Daryl and I created these three little lives.

Daryl was home for the first week and half that they were home but he had to go to work last week. My mom has come down from Ohio and she will be here until September 19Th helping me out.

So far things are going good and we are all trying to get used to each other and get on some sort of a schedule.

Well it is time for the next feeding..Until next time!!!

We are HOME!!!!!!!

Colbie,Willie, and Waylon got to come on Thursday. We were thinking that we would have at least one more week, but they wanted to bust out of the NICU!!!

The babies are teaching US their schedule cause we all know that we don't put them on a schedule they PUT us on it.

Found out sleep and showering is overrated...;-) but it is WELL worth it..even though they wrinkle their little noses up when we hold them ;-)

We are HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

We are here!!!!!! The babies were born at 33 1/2 weeks.
Colbie Reese Pawlak was born on Sunday June 20th at 1:58 PM. She weighed 3 lbs 14 oz and was 16 inches long.

William Ross aka "Willie" Pawlak was born on Sunday June 20th at 1:59 PM. He weighed 3 lbs and was 15.5 inches.

Waylon Reed Pawlak was born on Sunday June 20th at 2:00 PM. He weighed 3 lbs 12 oz and was 16.5 inches long.

The babies decided that they would be a better Father's Day Present than any grill ;-)

Willie is our smallest but he is our scrappiest. Since they are so little they are being kept in the NICU and they will be there for a couple of weeks.

As of today, Colbie and Willie are eating from the bottle and do not have a feeding tube at this time. Which is a GREAT deal for preemies. Waylon is still on oxygen and he still has a feeding tube BUT he is taking to the bottle EXTREMELY well also. Daddy got to feed him a bottle today and he ate 6 ml in 6 minutes!!

31 1/2 weeks

I know I have been so lazy at keeping up with my blog but my whole 2 readers are on Facebook and they get updates there ;-)

I am on Maternity Leave, just waiting for them to come. Even though I have had no problems in the pregnancy my doctor did not want me to work past 29 weeks since they could come at anytime between 30-35 weeks. So I have been pretty much bored.

Had my last appointment this past Friday and everything is great. I am healthy and the babies are growing and thriving.

At my last post Baby A was our girl and Baby B was one of the boys..well sometime between week 25 and week 29 he pushed his sister aside and he went to Baby Position(since he was smaller than her).

Went to the doctors this past Friday. Doc said that everyone is doing great and the babies are all thriving. So far I have only gained 42 pounds but I am all belly.
Baby A-Boy-now weighs 3 lbs and 1 oz and he is in the heads down position and he is ready to come and meet the world.

Baby B-Girl-now weighs 3lbs and 12 oz and she is our biggest baby. She is breech still.

Baby C-Boy-now weighs 3lbs and 6 oz and he is still laying on his side with his butt to us and just chilling. It feels like that he is holding on to my ribs and I told the doctor that he will probably have to pry his little fingers from around my ribs. ;-)

We have names for the boys- Waylon Reed and William Ross but we don't have a name for her yet. We have it narrowed down to two but are having a hard time choosing between them. I guess when we see her we will know her name.

Well I am going to sign off for the night....

17 Weeks

I am now at 17 weeks and so far I have had a easy pregnancy. I have only gained 5 pounds and really trying hard to consume 3000 calories, which sounds harder than it actually it is. It is hard to consume the good calories.
I had my second appointment with my Dr. Kirshon on Tuesday and he said that everyone is growing and gaining weight like they should be.
We also found out the sexes of the babies. Last time we went Baby C was holding out and would not show the goods but this time Baby C was very proud to show off the goods. So with that being said..
Baby A is a GIRL
Baby B is a BOY
and Baby C is a BOY.
Daryl called this one right too..When we found out we were pregnant he said had a feeling that is was three and then after it was confirmed he had a feeling to was two boys and a girl.
Early on in our relationship Daryl and I had an agreement that he would name the boys and I would name the girls. So the boys names are going to be Waylon Reed and William Ross(or Russel, not sure yet on his middle name) and as for the girl I am still kicking around her name. Not too sure yet what I am going to name her. Some days I really love one name and then after a few days I don't. :-)
I have not felt any fluttering yet as the books and all the websites say I should. People are telling me that I should be able to start feeling them kicking and moving at 4 1/2 to 5 months which I can't wait to feel them.

One..Two..Three

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!! Ok,ok I know I'm a little behind but I have a good reason..for those of you don't know,Daryl and I will be having triplets in July/August.
We found out just before Thanksgiving that I was pregnant and we found out right before Christmas that it was triplets
I go back to the dr on February 23rd and he says that he should be able to tell us what we are having. Daryl has a feeling that it is two boys and a girl, and his feelings have been right so far. When we found out that I was pregnant,he had a feeling that it was three and it was confirmed. So we will see.
Check back on the 23rd to find out.....
